Supported Employment Services (For Colorado DVR clients and Colorado HCBS SLS and DD Waiver Program participants) Pre-Employment Transition Explore career interests Learn about options for school after graduation Learn what it takes to be successful in a career Get work experience Job Development (Individual) Assess and identify vocational interests and capabilities Explore job opportunities Contact prospective employers Assist with preparation of resumes, applications, and interviews Job Coaching (Individual) Learn job skills and tasks to accurately carry out job duties Provide one-on-one training to increase independence Acquire and improve interpersonal skills	Day Program Services (For Colorado HCBS SLS and DD Waiver Program participants) Supported Community Connections uses the community as a learning environment to: § provide access to and participation in typical community activities § provide opportunities to create and build relationships and natural supports § help attain, keep, and improve: o self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills o appropriate behavior o greater independence and personal choice Transportation provided to and from the community Activities and environments are tailored to each person’s interests, goals, and needs in a group setting
